Job Title: Senior Energy/Oil & Gas Account Executive
Location: Houston, TX (Preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Energy/Oil & Gas Account Executive to join our team for a strategic client engagement with CTS. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Houston, TX (preferred). The ideal candidate must bring deep industry knowledge, a strong existing network, and a hunter mentality to drive services sales within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Energy and Oil & Gas sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful engagement and client satisfaction
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, forecasts, and market insights
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in services sales, with at least 5 years focused on the Energy/Oil & Gas industry
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new client accounts
Strong existing network of contacts and decision-makers in the Oil & Gas industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of services-based solutions (consulting, IT/tech services, engineering services, etc.)
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience selling into upstream, midstream, or downstream oil & gas companies
Familiarity with digital transformation, sustainability, and regulatory trends in the Energy sector
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
