In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile and contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Scrum Master / Agile delivery experience (5+ years)
• Jira, Confluence, Gateway, Power BI, GitHub (3-5 years hands-on)
• SDLC, DevOps knowledge, Agile Transformation experience
• API Integration and jQuery (nested filters)
• Strong soft skills: stakeholder communication, influence in matrixed environments
