Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor and report project progress to management and clients.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and best practices.

  • Facilitate meetings, prepare project documentation, and track deliverables.

  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 9+ years of project management experience in IT or relevant industry.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
