Job Details
Requirements:
- 5+ years native Android development using the Android SDK and platform components.
- Proficiency in Kotlin for building and enhancing Android applications.
- Experience with Java to support and modernize legacy Android code.
- Experience in Android Studio and Gradle-based build environments.
- Experience with Git for source control and team collaboration.
- Experience in Jira-driven agile issue tracking and sprint workflows.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate work across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support a long-standing native Android application.
- Convert and enhance existing Java modules into Kotlin-based implementations.
- Design and deliver new Android features aligned with platform standards.
- Identify and resolve bugs while improving app performance and stability.
- Execute testing cycles and manage versioned application updates.
- Manage code changes, reviews, and merges using Git workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver Android enhancements.
