We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Trainer to deliver professional training and enablement sessions for our clients and internal teams. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs focused on the ServiceNow GRC suite, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instructor-led training sessions on ServiceNow GRC modules to technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop custom training materials including user guides, presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
Design and execute training programs tailored to different user groups (end users, admins, developers).
Conduct training needs analysis and assess knowledge gaps.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow GRC platform changes and incorporate them into training programs.
Support knowledge transfer activities during ServiceNow GRC implementations.
Provide post-training support, answer learner questions, and follow up on learning effectiveness.
Collaborate with project teams to understand the implementation scope and align training accordingly.
Maintain documentation and records of training programs, participant feedback, and improvement plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience with ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance, Risk, Audit, VRM).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist GRC (preferred).
Strong understanding of GRC concepts and best practices.
Experience developing technical training content and e-learning materials.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
Experience using LMS platforms is a plus.
Comfortable delivering training remotely via tools like Zoom, MS Teams, or WebEx.
Prior experience in corporate training or as a professional instructor.
Nice to Have:
Experience in other ServiceNow modules such as SecOps or IRM.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX).
Background in audit, compliance, or risk management.
Experience with instructional design tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.).
Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
