Experience Required:
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Minimum 10 years total IT experience
Core Skills:
Strong expertise in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, and development
Proven ability to script extensively in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS
Experience in tool configuration, design, technical setup, and deployment
Ability to develop/customize core ServiceNow applications: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and workflows
System and process automation (Orchestration) experience
System integration using REST, SOAP, XML, AJAX, HTTP and other web-based technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work rotational including night shifts
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of ITIL processes and CSDM framework in ServiceNow
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, ports, protocols)
Advanced Web Services Integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, JDBC)
Proven ability to troubleshoot, present solutions, and influence stakeholders
Expertise in ServiceNow instance administration workflows, business rules, UI actions/policies, ACLs, dictionary/catalog updates, and group delegation
Certifications:
Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA or CIS
Preferred: ITIL or CAD ServiceNow certification
