We are seeking an on-site Systems Administrator specializing in Microsoft Intune to provide direct support to our NYC workforce. This role emphasizes device lifecycle management, endpoint security, and hands-on troubleshooting, while ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding and maintaining high-quality documentation for IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

· Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

· Deploy compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application packages.

· Manage Windows Autopilot for provisioning new devices and streamlining enrollment.

Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for endpoint protection and threat detection.

Collaborate with security teams on Microsoft Purview (data governance) and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM monitoring).

Place vendor service calls and assist telecom technicians when needed.2 / 2
