Job Details
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support and guide agile teams. In this role, you will facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove obstacles, and help teams follow Agile/Scrum principles to deliver high-quality results. You ll work with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree
- 7+ years of Scrum Master
- 2 5 years of SDLC experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (multi-team preferred)
- Passion for improving customer and business outcomes
Nice to Have:
- Insurance or healthcare industry background
- Scrum Master certification (SAFe, CSM, or similar)
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Kanban or other Agile frameworks
