Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut), USA (Hybrid Model)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and take a lead role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and automation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Groovy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams for smooth deployment and operation of systems.
• Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Python, and Groovy.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with other cloud providers.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Knowledge of networking and security principles.
