Title: Lead HVA Project Manager

Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of experience with NIST security controls and information assurance

Certifications: Security+ certification or equivalent, PMP Certification required.

All Key Personnel must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with NIST security controls and information assurance
• 2+ years of direct support to DHS/CISA and HVA PMO
• 4+ years supporting HVAs in alignment with the NIST RMF process
• Experience leading HVA PMO teams
• Practical experience developing federal and agency HVA program documentation
• Security+ certification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of:
  • FISMA (2014)
  • NIST RMF and CSF
  • HVA AES requirements (Assessment Evaluation and Standardization)
  • CSAM reporting and controls management
  • Systems Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Business Analysis
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and data tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

Specific Requirements for Lead HVA Project Manager

In addition to the general requirements above:

• PMP certification (required)
• Experience managing federal contract projects
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and workshops
• Familiarity with:
  • Project scheduling, coordination, inspection of work/costs
  • Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) integration
• Previous experience with Department of Transportation is required
