- 2+ years of direct support to DHS/CISA and HVA PMO
- 4+ years supporting HVAs in alignment with the NIST RMF process
- Experience leading HVA PMO teams
- Practical experience developing federal and agency HVA program documentation
- Security+ certification or equivalent
- Strong understanding of:
- FISMA (2014)
- NIST RMF and CSF
- HVA AES requirements (Assessment Evaluation and Standardization)
- CSAM reporting and controls management
- Systems Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Business Analysis
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and data tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
Specific Requirements for Lead HVA Project Manager
In addition to the general requirements above:
- PMP certification (required)
- Experience managing federal contract projects
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and workshops
- Familiarity with:
- Project scheduling, coordination, inspection of work/costs
- Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) integration
- Previous experience with Department of Transportation is required
