Position Overview:

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ServiceNow development and deployment efforts supporting the expansion of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules including planning, execution, and transition to operations.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of developers, administrators, business analysts, and organizational change management specialists.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission needs and technical requirements.
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using ServiceNow SPM and other PM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with federal frameworks (e.g., ISO 20000, CMMI Level 3, ITIL v4).

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years leading ServiceNow implementations.
  • Proven experience managing federal IT projects
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and SPM modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile, CX, and ethnographic design principles
  • PMP or CSM certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
