UKG Ready HR Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated UKG Ready HR Consultant to join our team. In this remote position, you will be instrumental in implementing a centralized Human Capital Management (HCM) solution for small to mid-sized businesses, with a specific focus on streamlining their HR processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration, client-facing communication, and training delivery to help our clients achieve greater efficiency and success.

• Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on the HR suite of modules.
• Lead client discovery sessions to gather requirements and configure systems.
• Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
• Provide end-user training and support on system usage.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready.

Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.

Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance and best practices.

Experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
