We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud technical consultant (not functional) with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud application.

Please advise candidates that those being considered will need to have a pre-screening teams call with CAI.

We are looking for a Senior Technical candidate whose concentration has been coding and working under the hood. We are not looking for a functional consultant who has done some coding.

This is a great opportunity to work on a New Oracle HCM implementation. It is our expectation that each candidate you submit be Technically Screened to make sure they have the skills the client needs.

Candidate must have a minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer,with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules(Core HR, Compensation,Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).

Expectations:

- Candidate must experience with multiple Oracle HCM Implementation

- Candidate must have experience training and mentoring teams

- Candidate should have experience working with implementation partners and making sure they are in check

- SQL Experience is needed and Python is a plus

EducationalRequirements: Bachelor s degree is required.

  • Experience:A minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation,Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).
  • Techno-FunctionalExpertise: Over eight years of hands-on techno-functional experience in theimplementation and support of at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Graphical Language (OGL).

  • HumanCapital Management Solutions: More than ten years of experience implementingHuman Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a proven track record as atechnical lead consultant. This includes driving HR technology implementationsthrough technical process designs, solution architecture, data conversion,integrations, report development, process playback, user acceptance testing,cutover, and production launch.
  • OracleIntegration Cloud (OIC): 2 to 5 years of experience working with OracleIntegration Cloud (OIC).
  • ReportingExperience: 2 to 5 years of experience in building OTBI (Oracle TransactionalBusiness Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.
  • TechnicalSkills: Familiarity with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and experienceproviding solution architecture.
  • ConsultingBackground: Previous consulting experience with a consulting or systemsintegrator (SI) organization is preferred.
  • AdditionalHCM Applications: Experience with multiple HCM applications is a plus.
  • Certification:Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
