About the Company

We're hiring a Distinguished Cloud AI Software Engineer with real-world experience in building AI/ML applications. You'll lead the development of enterprise-grade RAG systems, fine-tuning LLMs, and AWS-native microservices that deliver automation, insights, and governance at scale.

About the Role:

You'll join a high-impact team applying AI in real-world enterprise settings-not just proof-of-concepts. This role is for engineers who have built and supported AI/ML services in production, not those with surface-level exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Build modular AI services using AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, S3).
• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines using internal datasets and vector embeddings.
• Design and fine-tune LLM-based applications (e.g., with LangChain).
• Optimize retrieval using semantic search and prompt engineering.
• Translate business goals into scalable, secure AI systems.
• Manage full software lifecycle including CI/CD and Terraform.
• Build reusable components and maintain documentation.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering (Python, GoLang, Node.js).
• Proven contributions to open-source AI/ML/cloud projects.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, semantic search, LLMs, LangChain, Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Ph.D. or patent holder in ML/AI preferred.
• Deep AWS expertise (Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
• Strong track record of delivering production ML systems.

Required Skills

• Policy as Code (e.g., Terraform Sentinel).
• Cost optimization mindset (FinOps).
• Familiarity with compliance best practices (PII, secure deployment).
• Experience with AWS orgs and guardrails (SCP, Config).
