RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in search of an Associate Product Owner to join their team! This position is full time, direct hire and hybrid in NYC.
Summary:
In this role, you will join a dynamic Product Management team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We operate in an Agile environment, developing cutting-edge solutions that deliver real business value while supporting your professional growth.
Responsibilities:
* Drive product innovation by applying financial markets knowledge and user insights to shape product direction
* Collaborate with Product Managers to refine backlogs, prioritize features, and align roadmaps with strategic goals
* Lead user acceptance testing, ensure clear documentation, and support stakeholder training to enhance product quality
* Analyze user feedback, usage data, and KPIs to inform product decisions and improve user satisfaction
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and robust functional validation
* Enhance product quality and user satisfaction by leading user acceptance testing, ensuring comprehensive documentation, and facilitating stakeholder training
* Spearhead data-driven decision making by analyzing user feedback, usage metrics, and KPIs to provide actionable insights that inform product strategy
* Partner with technical teams optimize data accuracy and functional validations, directly contributing to the reliability and credibility of Company's product offerings
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience, ideally in financial services or related fields
* 2+ years of experience in product development, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
* Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Heap, Piwik, BI platforms, and SQL

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
