Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Engagement Agent with a strong background in customer engagement, client management, and large-scale program handling within the telecom or technology domain. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, strong negotiator, and proactive leader capable of managing multiple customer-facing initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage customer engagement activities, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
  • Oversee large-scale telecom/technology engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and engagement updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution of engagement strategies.
  • Utilize CRM and project management tools to maintain accurate documentation and workflow tracking.

Required Skills (Must-Have)
  • 7+ years of customer engagement or client management experience.
  • Proven success managing large-scale customer programs in telecom/tech industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
