Elevait Solutions is hiring a Application Analysts to support Enterprise Security Application Support & Delivery Team at a major financial institution.

One analyst will focus on the regulated version of SailPoint, while the other will work on the corporate version.

About the Role:

We are hiring two Application Analysts to join the Enterprise Security Application Support & Delivery Team at a major financial institution. One analyst will focus on the regulated version of SailPoint, while the other will work on the corporate version.

You will support and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ and various enterprise security applications. The role requires someone who can think critically, work independently, and collaborate in a highly regulated, security-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and enhance enterprise security software solutions.

  • Translate complex business ideas into user stories and workable solutions.

  • Provide accurate work estimations and break down tasks into components.

  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.

  • Adhere to internal compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Lead code reviews, testing, and migrations across environments.

  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to support teams.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, monitor logs, and ensure performance tuning.

  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 5 10+ years of experience in application development and support.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience in full SDLC, agile delivery, and working with multiple user stories.


Technical Skills (Preferred in order of priority):

  • Intermediate Java skills (must have).

  • Debugging and technical support for enterprise applications.

  • Experience with Kafka.

  • Solid understanding of SQL Server and writing complex queries.

  • Exposure to Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts & Role-Based Access Controls.

  • Familiarity with Git (Version Control), Splunk, Citrix, Informatica ETLs.

  • Application integration, interface building, and data architecture (ODS/Data Warehouse).

  • Experience with IT Service Management tools/processes.

  • Prior SailPoint IdentityIQ experience is a huge plus.
