We are hiring a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Candidate to support a D365 implementation. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing finance processes, driving efficiencies, and ensuring the successful deployment of D365 Finance Solutions.
This is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity with every intention of hiring you full-time! This position is primarily remote with onsite work is required in Kenosha, WI, during key project milestones, Conference room pilots, testing, and go-live planned for March 2025.
Interviews will start soon, video with the team and then an onsite interview to take a tour.
Responsibilities
- as the functional ERP owner, overseeing all finance processes within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- functional skills to manage various stages of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, fitment analysis, functional design, integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, and hypercare support.
- with cross-functional teams to serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams, evaluating new requests and overseeing processes related to finance teams.
- problem statements, evaluate solution options, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement enhancements.
- detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, including functional and technical specifications, and execute implementation according to the plan.
- testing processes with business teams, including test case creation and integration testing with tools like OANDA and SKGlobal.
- regression testing for new code releases, ensuring the integrity of finance-related functionalities
- the review of business cases for new features introduced in Microsoft releases and internal requests.
Qualifications
- degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance/AX implementation and support.
- analytical skills with the ability to identify and address business challenges.
- communication and interpersonal skills.
- to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- experience with regression testing and familiarity with testing methodologies.
- track record of driving process improvements and delivering value-added solutions.
- of OANDA and SKGlobal is a plus.
