Pega Lead Architect ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY We're looking for an experienced Pega Lead Architect to lead and shape the direction of our Pega domain. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in Pega PRPC and a passion for driving end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate is a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (at least LSA Part 1) and is ready to take ownership of architecture, development, and team leadership across complex implementations. You'll work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Pega applications. Strong communication, leadership, and hands-on technical ability are essential. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU This is your chance to: Lead the Pega platform strategy, architecture, and development across high-impact programs. Drive full lifecycle delivery of enterprise-grade Pega applications using PRPC, Decision Rules, Data Pages, and Integration techniques (SOAP, REST, Email Listener). Leverage your expertise in Pega 8.x and above, and contribute to platform modernization, UX design, and DevOps pipelines. Collaborate across Agile teams, product owners, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 Must Haves) 10-12 years of Pega development experience, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise solutions end to end. Deep knowledge of Pega PRPC, including Case Management, Integration, and Security. Proficiency in core features such as Decision Rules, Data Pages, and Activities. Certified Lead System Architect (at least LSA Part 1). UI/UX experience in Pega, with a focus on building user-friendly interfaces using Pega UI/Constellation features. NICE TO HAVES Experience working with Pega Cloud, BPM, or CRM frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise software development life cycles. Exposure to DevOps practices, including setting up CI/CD for Pega applications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
