Data Conversion Lead
Might need to trave for important meeting in Tampa, FL
• Create and maintain the data map between legacy systems and Workday
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in the legacy system
• Manage a team to resolve data quality issues between loads to ensure a consistently improving data conversion process
• Communicate data conversion requirements and changes to impacted workstreams (e.g., functional lead, integrations lead)
• Develop/manage the data extract or data conversion tools to obtain and transform the legacy data and deliver it in the format required
• Transform legacy data into client data gathering workbooks
• Transform legacy data required for use of the parallel tool
• Provide data gathering workbooks to client data conversion team via agreed secure transfer method
• Document data transformation requirements
• Possess deep knowledge of the various data elements, data sources, systems, and conversion resources
• Team with client`s counterpart to document workstream status weekly in PES
• Provide status updates in the weekly Project team status meeting
Data Conversion Scope
- GL Conversion
- NetSuite GL to Workday via Accounting Center for summarization
- Ending balance 12/31/2025
- Monthly actuals for all of 2026
- Business Assets
- NetSuite FAM assets – straight-line fixed and intangible assets
- Spreadsheets for accelerated amortization intangibles – will use unique depreciation profiles built with Rate Schedules in Workday FIN
- BlackLine item schedules – Deferred Commission Expense assets following straight-line depreciation
- No leases
- Suppliers
- Concur vendors
- NetSuite vendors (duplicates likely)
- Outstanding checks/uncleared disbursements
- BlackLine bank recs, as needed
- Customer Accounts and Contacts for Financial Services business only
- NetSuite – subset of customers
