HexaCorp is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales (Hunter) to spearhead new business acquisition in our Software & IT Solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for a proven hunter who thrives on winning new clients, opening doors at the C-level, and leveraging HexaCorp s strong partnerships to drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for generating net-new business across cloud, collaboration, AI, modernization, and DevOps services, positioning HexaCorp as a trusted technology partner for enterprise and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities-
Drive new client acquisition identify, pursue, and close net-new logos across healthcare, finance, manufacturing, transportation, and ISVs.

Leverage HexaCorp s partnerships with Microsoft (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint), AWS, Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform), and Lyzr AI to build differentiated value propositions.

Sell strategic services including:

Cloud Migration & Optimization (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform multi-cloud strategies).

Collaboration Platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint).

AI & Data Solutions (AI agents, recommendation systems, low-code AI).

Legacy System Modernization (Lotus Notes to SharePoint).
-
DevOps & Managed Services (CI/CD pipelines, automation, 24/7 infra support).
Build executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CFO) and position HexaCorp as a digital transformation partner of choice.
Deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and ROI-driven pitches.
Achieve and exceed aggressive new revenue and quota targets.
The Director of Sales is expected to:

Consistently hunt and close net-new accounts, not manage existing ones.

Deliver tangible client business value, such as:

55% cost savings & 3x faster access (cloud optimization).

10 15 years of IT solutions sales experience, with a strong emphasis on hunting new business.

Proven track record of closing large transformation deals ($1M+).

Deep knowledge of cloud, AI, collaboration, modernization, and DevOps markets.

Strong CXO network and the ability to open new doors.

Exceptional negotiation, executive presentation, and consultative sales skills.

Ability to work independently with a hunter mindset persistent, proactive, and revenue-focused.
