RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Consumer PO in Souderton, PA.
Duties Include:
* Serve as a subject matter expert for consumer products and customer experience
* Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities within the consumer segment
* Analyze the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and strategy
* Manage select consumer products, focusing on growth, development, and commercialization
* Develop and maintain customer profiles to guide product decisions
* Define product strategies, including promotion and positioning, to support customer acquisition and retention
* Maintain product roadmap and backlog, incorporating customer and sales feedback
* Recommend product enhancements and new product ideas, including business case development
* Determine pricing strategies to achieve growth and financial objectives
* Collaborate with internal teams such as leadership, operations, marketing, and risk management
* Partner with sales to develop campaigns and initiatives for product growth
* Coordinate with vendors and partners to resolve product-related issues
* Develop training materials for employees or customers
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
* Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
* 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer or digital products
* Strong knowledge of consumer segments and product solutions
* Proven ability to develop programs for customer acquisition and engagement
* Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering optimal customer experiences
* Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
* Customer-centric, curious, and solution-oriented
* Comfortable making decisions using data and business insights
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
