- Headlamp optical expert for all global markets (NA, ECE, CCC)
- Headlamp performance (CR/NCAP/IIHS/JD Power) evaluations
- CAE Simulation for lighting (AVx/SPEOS/LucidShape/LucidDrive)
- Headlamp performance database reports
- Optics Reviews/HIR/FDJ signoffs & meeting minutes
- Pre-PS headlamp performance evaluations
- IIHS/CR correlation studies
- IIHS performance improvement - supplier support
- Develop Global beam panel eval tool for headlamp performance
- Develop and prove out new CAE test methods (thermal, airflow, IIHS, CIASI etc.) for Exterior Lighting
- Develop new and existing Intellectual Property for applications use cases
- Support TVM efforts with optics knowledge
- Bachelors in Optical Engineering
