Now Hiring: Security Guards - First Shift



On-site role - In-person presence required

Must live within 25 miles of the facility due to on-call emergency response




Are you a reliable and observant individual who takes pride in keeping people and property safe? Join our client as a Security Guard and play a vital role in protecting our team, our products, and our operations. We're looking for someone with strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Prior security experience is preferred-but if you bring the right attitude and work ethic, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.



What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and review security systems to safeguard our facility


  • Manage entry and exit control for employees, vendors, customers, and visitors-including scanning when required


  • Support transport operations by monitoring vehicle dispatch


  • Assist in weighing outgoing products and performing basic production checks


  • Prepare and input shipping lists using our in-house computer system


  • Maintain a clean, organized security station


  • Follow all company safety and environmental procedures


  • Provide support for on-call emergency response after 1 year of employment


  • Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Security





? What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Valid driver's license


  • Must live within 25 miles of location (due to on-call responsibilities)


  • At least 1 year of experience in a security role (required)


  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills


  • Strong judgment, leadership, and multitasking abilities


  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures


  • Basic math skills and computer comfort





Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally


  • Comfortable with extended standing or sitting periods


  • Capable of twisting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
