Job Description
10+ years of techno-functional experience in designing solution, requirements gathering/transformation, and analyzing business processes in Financial domain/organization
Highly experience in converting the business requirement into the stories and bridge between business and IT team
High proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Service Cloud with deep understanding of Salesforce data model
Hands on experience in Salesforce configuration and administration (user management, security, custom objects, workflows, triggers, etc.)
Good knowledge of AI/ Gen AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Data Bricks, AWS, etc.
Highly experienced in software development life cycle - agile methodology and release processes
Experienced in system/ application/ data integration
Excellent communication and writing skills very important
Lead/ drive workshops/ discussions along with client/ business/ other partners/ vendors
Able to lead the team and provide the guidance in designing the solutions
