Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the Service industry, located in Houston, Texas, 77079, United States. We are seeking a Product Support Specialist who will be instrumental in implementing and managing ITAM and CMDB tools. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment, with the flexibility of on-site work for three days a week.
Responsibilities:
Administer the ITAM and Halo CMDB tool after implementation
Act as the primary point of contact for ITAM-related issues
Collaborate closely with a dedicated ITAM team, addressing any arising issues
Coordinate with the procurement team as needed
Ensure ITIL processes and standards are adhered to
Maintain computer hardware systems and manage software licensing
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Utilize your ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library skills for efficient management of IT resources.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product support role within the Service industry.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware to diagnose and resolve product issues.
Proficient understanding of ITIL Processes to streamline support operations and enhance service delivery.
Familiarity with the ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library for effective IT service management.
