Part Time Lead Business Analyst to support Program activities on one or more project teams. Will follow a Hybrid Iterative Waterfall Methodology within a PMO.

DETAILED REQUIREMENTS:



  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • System Design and Implementation: Contribute to the design of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Follow Up Management and Documentation: Responsible for managing follow ups, ensuring they are documented with the correct owner on the RAID and shepherding tasks to completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, use cases/user stories, and test scripts.
  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:


    Identify and resolve issues related to system functionality, data quality, and project implementation.

  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes, recommending improvements through technology solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, agile practices, and relevant IT tools.



  • Communication and Collaboration: They facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicting requirements that arise within the team, maintaining a productive work environment,

REQUIRED SKILLS:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices .
  • Knowledge of database concepts and data analysis techniques .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Experience with relevant IT tools and technologies .
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships. Comfortable facilitating cross functional meetings and building consensus.




skills: NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:



  • Experience with Analytics projects
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Spotfire, Databricks, Tableau, ServiceNow, GitHub, Atlan
  • Experience with SOX Compliance Requirements and Testing Considerations
