Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer specializing in MS365 to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 environments for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 environments for clients, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for automating MS365 administration tasks, such as user provisioning, group management, and license assignment.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for MS365-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MS365 services with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of MS365 environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest MS365 features, technologies, and trends, and provide recommendations for enhancing our clients' environments.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference and training purposes.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • MS365 certifications (e.g., MS365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) or similar Microsoft certifications are required.
  • Proven experience as an MS365 Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and managing MS365 environments.
  • Expertise in PowerShell scripting for MS365 administration, with the ability to develop custom scripts for automation and orchestration.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Sites, and Services, and their integration with Azure AD/Enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
