What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect with hands-on experience in Agentforce. This hybrid technical/strategic role is ideal for someone who thrives on complex problem-solving and enjoys both architecting and getting their hands dirty in code and configuration. You'll work closely with stakeholders, Salesforce admins, and developers to design, build, and optimize innovative solutions that scale - with Agentforce as a key part of your toolbox.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the technical lead on Salesforce projects - including core clouds and Agentforce - for clients across the U.S.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures.
• Design and deploy Salesforce Agentforce bots, including prompt flows, data retrieval, workflow automation, and real-time user interaction.
• Customize Agentforce to support specific client use cases like:
  • Case deflection
  • Lead qualification
  • Internal task automation
• Create technical estimates and participate in proposal development for new client engagements.
• Provide guidance to developers and admins, overseeing delivery quality.
• Lead testing strategy and execution to ensure reliable deployments.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, particularly advancements in AI, Agentforce, and automation.
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, webinars, and conference speaking engagements.
• Support marketing and pre-sales efforts with technical insight and client-facing presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and support their certification journeys.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in CRM and enterprise solution delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an Architect capacity.
• Strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience designing and integrating with third-party tools (e.g., e-signature, telephony, SMS, analytics platforms).
• Expertise in Agentforce deployment in production environments (not just Trailhead):
  • Prompt engineering and flow customization
  • Workflow orchestration and data integration
  • Measurement of success metrics tied to use cases
• Deep understanding of business processes and how to optimize them via Salesforce and automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated success in consulting environments, with client-facing experience.
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) or ability to obtain relevant credentials quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI/ML or Prompt Engineering experience within Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
• Salesforce OmniStudio or Mulesoft knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific implementations (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing).
