Position Summary...
We're seeking a data-driven operations leader to build and optimize the data backbone of our Last-Mile Delivery network powered by Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). What you'll do...
What You'll Do
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Identify, validate, and manage key data sources (SQL, NoSQL, operational dashboards, GPS data, etc.) that power daily delivery insights.
  • Operational Analytics: Build models and dashboards that track DSP performance, route efficiency, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction-driving continuous improvement.
  • Business Impact: Translate data into business cases that support scaling, ROI modeling, and network optimization for future delivery pilots and national rollouts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Strategy to define success metrics, streamline processes, and align data priorities across workstreams.
  • Exploratory & Predictive Analysis: Use statistical and automation techniques (Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) to uncover patterns, forecast delivery volume, and identify risk or cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Data Quality Leadership: Establish data quality standards and governance practices that ensure high integrity across multiple systems and DSP partners.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in data analytics, logistics, or last-mile operations (preferably with or around DSP networks).
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and scripting languages (Python, SQL).
  • Strong understanding of delivery KPIs: on-time rates, cost per stop, utilization, customer NPS, and SLA adherence.
  • Ability to connect data to operational and financial impact; comfortable presenting insights to leadership.
  • Passion for solving complex logistical problems and improving performance at scale.

How You Work
  • You respect individuals and thrive in diverse, high-performing teams.
  • You act with integrity and hold yourself accountable to ethical, customer-first decision-making.
  • You embrace innovation, continuous improvement, and a growth mindset.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with clarity, empathy, and energy.
