Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Programmer to support multiple departments in a state government environment. This role involves the development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex information systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, and modern integration technologies, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide systems support and application development in a hybrid Microsoft ecosystem.

Participate in full software development life cycle activities: analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Analyze and resolve application issues in production and test environments.

Perform enhancements and maintenance to existing applications.

Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Conduct peer code reviews and ensure source control/versioning best practices.

Execute system and platform upgrade testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
Microsoft Power Platform development (including Power Portal and Dynamics): 4 8 years
Object-Oriented Programming, XML/SOAP, JSON, REST APIs, SQL: 4 8 years

Strong knowledge of application and database access methods: 4 8 years

Experience with web-based and object-oriented application design techniques: 3 5 years

Ability to analyze business problems and propose technical solutions: 3 5 years

Strong skills in technical documentation and writing detailed system instructions: 3 5 years

Hybrid Work Model: Candidates must follow a hybrid schedule; on-site presence required.
