Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Oracle Cloud HCM, Talent Management/Performance to join their team. The Oracle Cloud HCM will perform advisory and configuration services to address business needs specific to Performance workstreams.They will assist with translating requirements and collaborating with team to identifying potential solutions to meet unique stakeholder requirements. The Oracle Cloud HCM will perform system configurations, creating functional design documents, developing and documenting test scripts and other responsibilities associated with support of existing business processes.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases
* Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals
* Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
* Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
* Other duties as assigned to support day to day business needs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience
* Minimum of 4 implementations of Oracle Talent Management, specific to Goals and Performance Management
* Hands-on configuration experience utilizing Visual Builder
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Oracle technical skills (fast formulas, BI reporting, etc.)
* Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
* Ability to work well with offshore teams
* Ability to work well in a team environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
