WHO WE LOOK FOR


We are looking for a Product Manager to champion the best possible user experience for all stakeholders of the HCM function. The person will have deep understanding of the different tools and processes that exist within an HR function and knowledge of the needs and challenges they face. They will establish relationships across business, engineering and operations stakeholders and drive the roadmap of fixes, enhancements and/or new features to achieve the vision of a delightful user experience. Finally, in this role, the PM will collaborate with multiple teams responsible for various parts of the HCM user experience and ensure a cohesive and aligned strategy and workstream.

We are responsible for guiding products throughout all stages of the product's lifecycle, including research, pitching, scoping, delivering, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our clients.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL


By partnering with design and research professionals, you will integrate relevant studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance the HCM user experience. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and release. You will define and analyze metrics to inform the success of products. Finally, by improving the user experience of stakeholders across Goldman Sachs, you will ensure that Goldman Sachs continues to be an employer of choice and at the forefront of providing the optimal user experience to our stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's / undergraduate degree
  • 6+ years of technical product management experience, including experience driving the product vision, design, and go-to-market strategy
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products that drive excellent user experiences
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and technical architectures to all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers to lead a product development team
  • Hands on experience in data driven decision making and striking a balance between quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Experienced with Agile, JIRA, and project management tools
  • Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a fast-paced, global team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, user experience, user research, HR, recruiting, and/or customer support
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $115000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
