Job Summary:

The Position: Primedoc Framework is an tax primary tax, letter and notices solution and catering to the needs of over 4500 clients. The platform lets client implementations to be onboarded and executed to generate electronic or print output (letters, statements, notices, taxes, cards etc.). The client input files come in 24/7 and are processed within the SLA timeframes. This highly resilient system has an Active/Active Disaster recovery and integrated with various Fiserv Output Solutions internal systems.

Description:

This position is responsible for improvising the features in Primedoc and integration with other frameworks within Fiserv.

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

  • Must have at least 4-6 years of experience expert level development and design experience using .NET, Javascript, SQL.
  • Latest .Net framework experience
  • Must have at least 4-6 years of experience Windows forms, WPF, Windows Services, Rest API. SOAP services, ASP.NET - old MVC and new Core (including scripting)
  • Basic knowledge of page description languages (like PostScript, PDF, AFP and PCL)
  • Must have at least 4-6 years of experience in Database design.
  • Strong Object-oriented programming skills
  • Experience in an Agile development environment, particularly SCRUM and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Windows server 2008/2012/2016/2022 experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of COBOL and VB desired but not required
  • Experience in Design and architecture review - desired but not required.
  • Knowledge of code quality audits and remediate security issues (fortify, webinspect, sonatype)

Non-technical skills:

  • Work Ownership - Works with Application management and the functional team members within their business to help design, improve and institutionalize the processes that will be used to deliver and maintain developed applications.
  • Support -On-call support on assigned week and availability for technical support (night or weekend) as needed.
  • Customer Focus - Responsible for meeting their commitments on application delivery for customers in terms of promised functionality, quality and schedule.
  • Enthusiasm in learning technology, acquiring new skills, contribute to brownbag sessions and participate in code review.
