Description: Job Title: Restricted Party Screening and Export Licensing Analyst

WOW: Onsite - 3 days a week

Primary Function of Position

The Restricted Party Screening and Export Licensing Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with global trade and HCP regulations, including screening transactions and business partners against restricted party lists and working on existing export and deemed export review and licensing processes. This role supports the company s commitment to regulatory compliance and risk mitigation with export control, particularly within the medical device industry.

Essential Job Duties

Conduct daily restricted party screening (RPS) for customers, suppliers, business partners, and transactions.

Conduct due diligence for restricted party screening using trade compliance provided tools including documenting findings and keeping details records.

Review and escalate potential matches for further investigation and resolution.

Maintain and update restricted party databases (Current E2OPEN) and procedural documentation.

Provide guidance on systems / IT enhancements for current screening system tools driving number of screenings holds downwards even when increasing partner count.

Participate in deemed export reviews for releasing technologies to non-U.S. persons

Assist in audits and regulatory inquiries related to export compliance.

Excel Proficiancy

Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous experience in trade compliance, export controls, or restricted party screening, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

Knowledge of U.S. export regulations, including EAR, and OFAC sanctions programs.

Experience with restricted party screening tools such as E2OPEN, Dow Jones, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Education and Training

Bachelor s degree in International Business, Legal, Supply Chain, Compliance, or a related field.

Certifications in trade compliance (e.g., CUSECO,) are a plus.

Working Conditions

Hybrid or on-site work environment based on company policy.

Occasional travel for training, audits and business meetings (up to 15%).

Preferred Skills and Experience

Prior trade compliance experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.

Experience with SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) or similar trade compliance systems.

Familiarity with US, EU and APAC trade regulations.
