Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Administrator to join our regional Office of Facilities Applications team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our IBM Maximo platform, along with related tools including Prometheus (Scheduling Software), EZMaxMobile (Mobile Application), and Propel (Data Visualization Software). The successful candidate will serve as a critical liaison between end users, IT staff, and external partners translating business needs into technical solutions. This position contributes to strategic planning, oversees system implementations, and ensures alignment of technical capabilities with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support EAM initiatives within IBM Maximo and related systems.
Manage and maintain workflows, automation scripts, inspection tools, and REST integrations.
Assist in the rollout of new applications from requirements gathering to full implementation.
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for end-users of Maximo and related applications.
Conduct user meetings to identify needs, document requirements, and develop technical solutions.
Participate in project planning sessions and contribute to work breakdown structures.
Track and document all service requests, updates, and project communications.
Support upgrade and expansion efforts including migration to MAS 9.x and deployment across regional campuses.
Contribute to documentation and training resources to help onboard new users.
Analyze vendor proposals and assist in defining technical system requirements.
Collaborate daily with multidisciplinary teams to review project goals and progress.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or higher plus 5 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Direct experience in EAM platforms, especially IBM Maximo, is essential.
Background in facilities, IT systems, or infrastructure asset management is preferred.
Special Requirements:
Relevant certifications such as:
MAXIMO Application Architect
MAXIMO 7 Certified EAM Consultant
Ability to obtain other technical certifications as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong understanding of IBM Maximo platform, including integration and configuration.
Technical expertise with RESTful APIs, automation scripts, and inspections modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with documentation tools and platforms such as SharePoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
Additional Desired Characteristics:

Work Environment:
This position is primarily onsite, with possible travel to regional campuses or project sites.
