Position: CLM Tester

Location: Issaquah, WA

Duration: 6+ Months

As an iCertis CLM Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of the iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the testing process. This role requires a deep understanding of CLM principles, hands-on experience with iCertis CLM, and proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements for iCertis CLM. Translate requirements into comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
  • Test Planning: Develop test plans outlining the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for iCertis CLM testing. Identify and document test data requirements for various testing scenarios.
  • Test Case Design and Execution: Design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for iCertis CLM software. Validate data integrity, system performance, and adherence to CLM best practices.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and results. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding test progress and issues.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for iCertis CLM to enhance testing efficiency. Integrate automated tests into the overall testing process.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports. Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress and results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about iCertis CLM updates, features, and industry best practices. Propose and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a software tester with a focus on CLM solutions, preferably iCertis CLM.
  • In-depth understanding of CLM principles and best practices. Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
