Job Details

We have opening for BA for US Health care on CCDA/FHIR.

Location: Maryland Hybrid (Initial part of the project person has to visit the client place, may once in 2 weeks later can turn to complete remote)

Mandatory BA Skills

Should have minimum 10-15 years of work experience as a business analyst

Minimum 10+ years of experience with US Healthcare domain (EHR/EMR/HIS)

Bachelor's degree like BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA with MBA degree / Equivalent in US in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience

Strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and a strong client-facing presence

Experience in interacting with onshore customers (UK/Europe)

Strong experience in gathering and understanding business requirements for new project and conducting detailed business analysis.

Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents, user training manuals and guides, and requirements

traceability matrix

Strong and hands on experience in Data Engg tasks like Data Models/ Data Mapping based on the HL7/FHIR standards and client s data source(excel, xml, csv, DB etc)

Delivering written and verbal presentations to an organization s leadership to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments

Conducting in-depth data analysis, using spreadsheets or more specialized tools such as project management software and traceability solutions

Knowledge of ensuring proper and secure handling of EHRs and other clinical and operational data

Should have experience in any of the US healthcare domain areas (e.g Payers, Providers, etc)

Good experience in any of the HL7 standards including C-CDA, and FHIR & EDI

Strong experience in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence

Should have intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Visio

Strong experience in technical skills like SQL (like different types of table relationships, writing basic SQL queries), JSON/XML (understanding and modifying XML and JSON structures), POSTMAN (to test the APIs to make sure it returns the expected JSON output)

Mandatory Account Mining Skills / Activities:

Should be able to understand the customer business, preferences, IT roadmap and business history

Should be able to get comprehensive information of strategic initiatives and potential investment opportunities

Should carry out market research on key competition, carrying out competition analysis and plan for tactical and strategic actions

Should be able to identify the primary decision-makers for each account and understand how open they are for innovation, digital transformation, and implementation of emerging technologies

Should be able to identify key areas of strength like domain and technical expertise

Should have regular and continuous communication with all stakeholders

  1. Solution Design:-Designing and developing solutions that address identified business needs and align with healthcare regulations.
  2. Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of software development lifecycles, data analysis tools, and database management systems.
