Responsibilities_
- Establish Agile delivery ways of working across multiple SAP workstreams, enabling predictable sprints, strong backlog hygiene, and fast impediment removal.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and effective collaboration.
- Partner with Product Owners/Leads on backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
- Track velocity, burndown, and flow metrics; surface risks/dependencies early.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align with PMO and Release Management.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action follow-through.
- CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications.
Skills and Experience:
- 8 years of experience (Level 3-5) performing the Scrum Master role for Agile teams
- 7+ years Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex ERP/SAP environments.
- Hands-on with Jira/Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards, queries).
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.
- CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications.
- Background in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery.
- Eduction: Bachelor s in Business/IT or related; Agile certification required.
