Job Title: Data Conversion Architect
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Duration: 11 Months

Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced Data Conversion Architect to support a major ERP rollout initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data mapping, conversion automation, and supply chain systems. This role requires hands-on experience in at least one or two ERP rollouts (e.g., Oracle), and familiarity with sales applications like Salesforce or MS Dynamics is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the data mapping strategy for ERP and supply chain systems.

  • Architect and implement data conversion automation jobs, ensuring data quality and integrity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during ERP rollout phases, including planning, testing, and cutover.

  • Design robust and scalable data migration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

  • Support data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.

  • Provide leadership and best practices in handling large-scale enterprise data migrations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with data mapping and data conversion automation tools and techniques.

  • 1 2 full-cycle ERP rollout experiences (Oracle preferred).

  • Solid understanding of supply chain systems and processes.

  • Exposure to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues during migration.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
