Job Description:

Job Summary

We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is a net-new role focused on building a brand-new reporting system from scratch using customer and employee feedback. The analyst will play a critical role in organizing data, generating insights, and guiding product enhancements. This is not a dashboard cleanup role-it's an opportunity to architect a new solution using internal tools and an external AI platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Organization: Source and consolidate feedback from multiple channels. Standardize tagging and categorization for consistent analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct recurring analyses to identify patterns, themes, and pain points.
  • Insight Generation: Deliver actionable insights to guide product development and feature enhancements.
  • Strategic Input: Help stakeholders understand customer needs to improve products and retention.
  • Reporting: Create and publish scheduled and ad hoc reports. Respond to data inquiries across the organization.
  • Documentation: Define reporting requirements, validate data components, and document processes.

Qualifications

Required Experience
  • 5-10+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  • Experience with relational databases and query/statistical tools
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present full analyses (not just dashboards) to VP-level leadership

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AI tools
  • Familiarity with Pivot and OpenSearch
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on insight generation
