Key Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between business users and IT teams
Conduct requirements gathering using JIRA and LucidChart
Document business and functional requirements
Create screen designs, process flows, and user stories
Support user acceptance testing and change management
Required Skills & Experience:
7 9+ years in Business Analysis
Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience with tools like JIRA, LucidChart
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
