IT Field Technician

This IT Field Technician role involves helping employees and sales agents with tech issues both remotely and on-site across North and South Carolina. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems on Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, with some experience using tools like ServiceNow being a plus. It's a 3-month contract that could turn into a permanent gig, focusing on good customer service, problem solving, and working well with the team in a flexible, hybrid setup.

1. Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to employees and sales agents.

2. Set up, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, mobile devices, and telecom systems to ensure smooth operation.

3. Assist with hardware repairs, data migrations, and system upgrades while collaborating with team members on various projects.

1. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, along with basic network support experience.

2. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, stay organized, and work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.

2. Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and Ivanti is a plus.

3. Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
