Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Data Scientist to join our Data, Analytics, and Data Products team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience using Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) tools especially Vertex AI and Gemini to deliver high-impact machine learning, statistical analysis, and generative AI solutions.

This role plays a key part in optimizing decision-making and operational strategies across our core business functions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
6-8 + years of experience in applied data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
Strong coding skills in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
Hands-on experience with Vertex AI components (Notebooks, Pipelines, Training, Prediction).
Familiarity with Gemini or other LLMs; experience with prompt engineering or GenAI tools.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and storytelling abilities.
Proven track record with GenAI, including LLM integration, fine-tuning, and RAG systems.
Deep expertise in the Vertex AI ecosystem (Feature Store, Vector Search, Agent Builder).
Solid understanding of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines for ML).
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
