Job Title: Quality Control Representative
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- The Quality Control Representative supports the Global Supplier Quality Management (GSQM) Program to ensure effective onboarding of suppliers, materials, and GMP service providers for new site expansions.
- The role partners with business units across networks and functions to support project timelines while ensuring supplier quality management processes uphold patient safety, product quality, and compliance.
- Responsible for centralized execution of Supplier Quality Management activities in alignment with global quality standards to support supply chain, quality, and manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality, and supplier quality management.
- Experience with SAP, TrackWise, and Veeva QualityDocs is preferred.
- Experience in change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing site within a QA organization preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers and communicate feedback to customers.
- Experience in strategy development and problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Execute supplier quality management processes in compliance with global quality standards.
- Assist procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing teams in managing supplier and GMP service provider relationships.
- Execute SAP and TW138 activities for approved supplier list processes for site expansions.
- Collaborate with QA, manufacturing, and affiliates to ensure robust process execution.
- Maintain supplier quality management data in systems such as SAP, Veeva Vault, and TrackWise.
- Support Certification Package Review Board and global certification packages.
- Support development and execution of material risk control strategies.
- Provide input for supplier-related change controls.
- Strong interpersonal communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to communicate, convince, and train effectively.
- Ability to deliver feedback constructively to internal customers.
- Creativity in identifying and solving problems.
- Supplier Quality Management.
