Senior Program Analyst Cyber Supply Chain

If so, DDAO Solutions has a role for you. We are looking for a Senior Program Analyst Cyber Supply Chain to be the connective tissue of a federal initiative that touches everything from semiconductors and drones to software vulnerabilities and acquisition policy. You ll be part program manager, part risk analyst, part technical editor and 100% focused on galvanizing the team to action.
This role is tactical, hands-on, and highly visible: you ll work directly with senior government executives, industry experts, and DDAO leadership to turn strategy into execution. It s more than program support. It s about being the trusted right hand to program leadership, the steady presence who keeps the mission moving, and a future leader ready to take the reins as this program grows.
Responsibilities
- Run the logistics that keep the program humming meeting coordination, rosters, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Capture the conversations that matter. You ll take notes, distill decisions, and track actions through to completion becoming the team s memory and accountability partner.
- Edit, author, and polish documentation: reports, briefings, process guides, and technical write-ups.
- Track team milestones, project deliverables, and customer commitments, ensuring nothing slips.
- Capture requirements from customers and partners, then work with developers to translate them into real capabilities.
- Parse and categorize cyber supply chain risk information, documenting facts and assertions against supply chain risk information criteria.
- Collaborate with a wide cast of experts: federal executives, program managers, technical SMEs, and DDAO teammates across cybersecurity, acquisition, compliance, and engineering domains.
- Learn document and enhance the team s tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Occasionally train others in program tools and methods helping to spread best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Strong critical thinking skills you can synthesize complex ideas quickly and clearly.
- Familiarity with the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the federal acquisition process.
- Knowledge of software and hardware product types, how they re built, and how they move through supply chains.
- Demonstrated experience with program or project tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and visual. You can brief senior leaders, craft a clear deck, or edit a dense document without breaking a sweat.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, capturing requirements, and engaging with senior government officials.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tenacious about follow-through.
Desired Qualifications
- 5 8 years of relevant experience in program analysis, program support, or consulting.
- Background in supply chain risk management, cybersecurity, or federal IT programs.
- Ability to analyze, categorize, and report on technical and risk-related information.
- Experience with knowledge management tools, document repositories, or CRM platforms.
- Background in requirements gathering and coordination with development teams.
- Experience providing training or onboarding support.

Other Information
- This position requires regular onsite presence in Arlington, VA (1 3 days per week) with occasional travel to other locations in the DC beltway.
- Occasional evening or weekend support may be required based on program needs.
