Our Miami based client provides personalized consulting engineering services bis a seeking Contract Support Specialist (CSS) position for a full-time role based in Port St Lucie, Florida, primarily responsible for the contract administration of CEI work for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects. The CSS will perform essential contract administration functions for civil transportation projects, working under the supervision of the Project Administrator and Senior Project Engineer.

- Perform basic contract administration functions for civil transportation projects.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Analyze contract quantities to prevent overruns and underruns.
- Become proficient in Trimble Business Center - Heavy Construction Edition (HCE) or approved surface comparison software.
- Understand which surfaces are needed from the designer and survey data from the field.
- Office Engineer (CEI Contract Support Specialist)
- High School diploma or equivalent, 4+ years of road & bridge construction engineering inspection (CEI) experience.
- Having performed/assisted in the following project related duties (i.e., CQR, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, supplemental agreement processing, etc.)
