Job Description:
- Must have 12+ years of experience, including extensive work in the banking or financial services domain.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within retail, commercial, and investment banking workflows.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business cases to support proposed solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future state banking systems, recommending optimizations or system upgrades.
- Participate in UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect tracking, and feedback consolidation.
- Understand compliance, AML, KYC, and other regulatory frameworks impacting financial services.
- Support data-driven decision making by querying data (SQL or tools like Excel/Power BI) and interpreting financial reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, risk, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
