Description
We are in the process of recruiting a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating multiple projects to ensure the objectives are accomplished within the defined parameters. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to close, reporting status, and gaining direction throughout the project's lifecycle. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.
Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of planned activities, including the development and implementation of change management plans.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring goals are met within the timeframe and budget.
Work collaboratively with assigned project teams to ensure effective execution of planned activities.
Conduct analysis and manage business and technical requirements for multiple concurrent programs or efforts.
Act as the primary point of contact for those who must be eligible to work in the U.S., reporting project status and gaining direction throughout the project's lifecycle.
Facilitate and conduct training within the organization.
Handle day-to-day responsibilities under the oversight of the PMO's Manager.
Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project in managing projects.
Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
Apply knowledge of Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and Change Management in project management.
Requirements
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management tasks is required.
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is a must.
Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies is vital.
Experience with CRM systems is necessary.
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial.
Expertise in using About Time software is needed.
Understanding of AB Testing methods is required.
Experience in Agile Scrum project management methodology is important.
Familiarity with budget processes in project management is essential.
Experience in change management within project-based environments is crucial
