Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect with strong hands-on expertise across Adobe Experience Manager, Java, React, and cloud-based architectures. The ideal candidate will drive solution design, system integration, and engineering best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to guide development teams through full AEM implementation cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable AEM solutions including components, templates, workflows, Sling, OSGi, and Dispatcher.

  • Integrate AEM with React front-end applications and backend APIs.

  • Lead architectural discussions and establish coding standards, patterns, and best practices.

  • Drive backend development using Java, API design, and cloud technologies.

  • Enhance CI-CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps on deployment automation.

  • Review code, mentor teams, and ensure technical delivery excellence.

  • Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

  • Ensure performance, reliability, security, and overall scalability of AEM applications.

Must Have Skills

  • 8 to 15 years of IT experience with strong AEM architecture background.

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of AEM components, templates, workflows, Sling, OSGi, and Dispatcher.

  • Strong Java programming and API development experience.

  • Experience integrating AEM with React and modern front-end frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud services and CI-CD pipelines.

  • Proven architectural leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.

  • AEM certifications.

  • Microservices architecture knowledge.

  • Agile project delivery experience.
